The most important thing to remember is the emotional connection that you make with your therapist. If we don’t have a humanistic emotional connection, therapy will be harder, and achieving your goals will be prolonged.
So, whether it’s me or someone else, make sure you feel comfortable with that person to connect and get the most out of your therapy.
